Sunday we were back in Greensburg at the Hempfield Church of Christ. Mike Hazelton preached about time and how sometimes our plans don't win.
Monday, Nikki started having back pain. Yes, I am blaming Mike! So Nikki has been wheeled back to the operating room now to either blast a kidney stone or have a stent placed to allow it to pass.
All in all this isn't a serious procedure compared to other people on the hall. We're blessed to have good nurses and doctors in our area who care!
We still have an appointment in Washington next week that we will be able to keep and still have a few fundraising trips that will take place.
Pray for Nikki and her doctors. It would be a great time to also consider a donation that will help cover any costs associated with this procedure and the larger mission that is set to bringing the hope of Christ to everyone in France (including those in hospitals!). Just tap our giving tab and follow directions. One time gifts can be given online to Kontaktmission through paypal. Thank you all so much for your generosity and for what you mean to us! We'll keep in touch!
P.S.- this morning I had a great meeting with a friend in ministry who has developed a streamlined and great way of giving online. It was amazing to catch up with another kingdom worker!
Greg.
